New Year's Eve

It was the New Year's Eve. Below are the photos according to the time sequence.

The New Year event in Indo Alam Villa

I was so excited for every fireworks I captured :D

Captured the fireworks again.

My favorite cookie ever!
(There's the stand in TA on the 4th floor - or you can find it in some supermarkets)

Happy (Belated) New Year 2013 everyone!
There might be mistakes we regret doing, but one thing you have to remember, "It's always better that you've tried and you make mistakes, than you regret because you miss the chance to try".
So in this new year, stop the regrets, yet move on and learn from the mistakes, start doing the right thing you've known.

I think everyone must have ever launched fireworks, but do you know about the history of fireworks? I had never before, but I suddenly felt curious and I just searched about it on google. If you want to know about the history of fireworks, you can click here.

Oh Holy Day

There's no Sunday we can pass without the religious feeling in it. We decided to have a prayer at Lembah Karmel Church on December 30, 2012 while being in Puncak. It's a Catholic church but the praise and worship is just same like Christian ones (they use some musical instruments, the praise is rousing, and they use speaking-in-tongues, too) so I didn't feel awkward to pray there (cause I'm a real Christian).

It takes many stairs to get there. We just almost arrived to the building of the church.

The inside of the church

I forget the Pastor's name. but one thing I never forget, He's really great and also funny in preaching.

After the church's finished, we went to the Holy Water area, it's on the floor below the church bulding. The water is really clean that you can drink it, and actually it's specified for drinking, not for washing.

These 8 photos above were taken near the Holy Water area.

Then we had a walk around Lembah Karmel and took some photos before getting back to the car.

What beautiful clouds (:

The Batik family I found there. They looked unified!

The wind made my hair really messy.

Finally we went to the car. I took some photos from the windowpane near my seat. Some look blurry, but the real views were just really nice.

The bus that was behind our car.

It was a nice day overall. And there's a funny moment that day. After the prayer was finished, we decided to have just some snacks downstairs to eliminate our hunger a bit (of course everyone would get hungry after the church because the church's located on the highest floor and there's no lift or escalators that we have to walk to get there) before having our lunch at the restaurant far away from Lembah Karmel. But do you know what? First, we bought rabbit satay with lontong, but then we had fried snacks, boiled peanuts, cincau, nasi uduk, and also porridge. We ended up getting satiety and said: "What did we say? Snacks? Are these snacks?" Hahaha

A Boyish and Childish Day

In December 29th' 2012 we're going go to Puncak! I know this vacation will be exhausting so I didn't choose to wear complicated clothing.

For the first day I wore a simply boyish outfit to show a different  kind of me (because I usually wear girly ones).

"Here I'm ready to go!"

We chose Indo Alam Villa for 4-night staying. We chose it because it has a really beautiful view, and that's not too over. I mean, there are many villas are more like forest that they have large trees everywhere (kinda look messy). The villa we stayed is the 'Palm 1' (the villa in the image below). It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. There are 2 single beds in every bedroom, but the every bed has 2 piles so we can move the upper one to the floor and make every room get 4 beds for 4 persons. There's no villa in Indo Alam has more than 2 bedrooms, actually, but most villas with 2 bedrooms are large, so I think a villa can be for up to 8 persons.

The relation of this picture with me? Well I'm actually a Leo.

After we finished putting down our things and arranging the inside of the villa, we had lunch in Ikan Bakar Cianjur Restaurant. The outdoor view is really great, but I foolishly forgot to take the picture ._. Nevertheless, we can slightly see the view from the backgrounds of my photos.

I love this long sleeve checkered shirt from Rodeo. Its colorful color brings a cheerful look ;)

Unlaced Sneakers from New Look which accompanied me all day long.
